Directors
The company’s Chairman and CEO is Mr. Elias C. Saad who founded Ratcon in 1990. He is Lebanese by origin and Nigerian by naturalization and has had extensive experience in the field of civil engineering, contracting and real estate development.
The other members on the board of directors are: Mrs. Joyce IKIBE (Nigerian) and Mr. Fahd Khoury (Lebanese-Canadian).
